Overview
What this project is.
Pulse Live is a concept live events promoter. The project designs for operational reality: an identity and template system that holds together when a small team is producing announcement, lineup and on-the-night content at pace.
Challenge
The problem to solve.
Live events marketing runs on constant, urgent output — announcements, lineups, ticket releases, on-the-night coverage. Systems that require design judgement per asset break down immediately under that pressure.
Insight
What we noticed.
Under time pressure, teams default to whatever is fastest. The only way a brand survives that is if the on-brand option is also the quickest one available.
Strategy
The approach taken.
Make the correct choice the fastest choice. A rigid template system with locked type, fixed crop ratios and a constrained palette — deliberately limited so that assembling an asset requires almost no decisions, and every output lands on brand.
Creative Direction
How it looks and moves.
High contrast, saturated stage colour and oversized typography built for small screens at speed. The system embraces the roughness of live photography rather than trying to correct it.

Execution
What the work involved.
Identity system built for speed
Locked template kit across announcement formats
Photography and colour treatment rules
Social content calendar structure
On-the-night content workflow

What it sets out to achieve
The outcome the work is built for.
This is a concept project, so the outcomes below describe design intent rather than measured performance. We publish numbers only where a client has verified and approved them.
The on-brand option is the fastest
Templates are constrained enough that speed and consistency stop competing.
Built for live conditions
The system embraces rough live photography rather than assuming controlled imagery.
Runs without design oversight
A non-design team can produce a week of assets without approval bottlenecks.
