Information we collect
We only collect personal information that you choose to give us. This website is a static site with no accounts, no login and no user profiles.
- Enquiry details you submit through the contact form or send us by email, typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the description of your project.
- Details you give the site assistant if you choose its Get in touch option: your name, what you need help with, your mobile number, email address and country, and optionally your company and a message.
- Any additional information you include in correspondence with us.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when requesting pages, which your hosting provider may record in standard server logs.
How we use it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement.
- To provide services under an agreement, where one is entered into.
- To keep records of our business communications.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently set cookies, write to your browser's storage or use analytics or advertising tools. Our Cookie Policy explains this in more detail.
If analytics or other measurement tools are added in future, this policy will be updated to name them and to describe how consent is handled before any non-essential tracking runs.
Sharing and third parties
We share personal information only where it is necessary to operate: with the hosting and email providers that carry this site and our correspondence, with professional advisers where required, and where the law obliges us to.
If the contact form and site assistant are connected to an external form-handling service, submissions pass through that provider. Their processing is covered by their own terms and privacy policy. Where no such service is connected, your enquiry is opened in your own email app and reaches us as an ordinary email when you send it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as they are commercially relevant, then deleted. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as required for contractual, accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, or request a copy in a portable format.

Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
