How we work
What it is actually like here
Work across the line, not beside it
Designers sit with engineers; strategists sit with producers. The projects that come out well are the ones where those conversations happened early rather than at handover.
Craft is judged on the finished thing
Not on the presentation of it. We would rather spend the extra day on the detail nobody was going to notice than on a slide explaining why we could not.
Say the difficult thing early
A concern raised in week one is a conversation. The same concern raised in week six is a problem. We would much rather have the conversation.
Learn in public, inside the team
Nobody is expected to already know every tool. Being open about what you have not done yet is treated as useful information, not as a weakness.
Hiring process
Four steps, no unpaid test projects
Send us your work
A portfolio, a repository, a reel or a short note about what you have built. We care far more about the work than about the formatting of a CV.
A first conversation
An informal call about what you enjoy doing, what you want to get better at, and what we are actually working on. Both directions.
A practical discussion
We talk through a real problem in your discipline. No unpaid speculative work, and no take-home exercise that quietly becomes a weekend.
Meet the team
Time with the people you would work alongside every day, and a straight answer to anything you want to ask about the role.
Open roles
No advertised vacancies right now
We would rather say that plainly than list roles we are not actively recruiting for. Specific vacancies will be published on this page as they open.
In the meantime, speculative applications are genuinely read. If your work is strong and the timing is close, we will keep in touch rather than let it go cold — and applying now means you are the first conversation when a role does open.
What to send
- A portfolio, or examples of your workFinished pieces are useful; so is work in progress with a note on what you were solving.
- The kind of projects you want to be doingThis matters more than a formal cover letter. It is what tells us where you would fit.
- The discipline you are aiming atAny of the eight above, or the overlap between two of them if that is closer to the truth.
- When you are availableNotice periods and start dates are useful context when a role does open up.
Applications are considered on merit alone — we do not screen on where you studied, and we are happy to hear from people changing discipline.
