Naresh Behera has built a distinguished career spanning three decades in enterprise technology leadership and SAP-driven digital transformation. As a senior SAP Program Director and Delivery Head, he has consistently led mission-critical ERP initiatives, managing large teams, complex delivery models, and high-value programs across both public and private sector organizations. 

One of the most significant milestones in his career was his leadership role in delivering a landmark e-Governance SAP implementation for the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) during his tenure with ABM Knowledgeware. The program involved end-to-end SAP implementation across core civic functions including finance, human resources, materials management, and operational reporting. Naresh was responsible for overall delivery governance, program planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and ensuring compliance with government standards, resulting in improved transparency, efficiency, and service delivery at scale. 

Prior to this, Naresh was associated with Prathiba Industries, where he spearheaded SAP program management and delivery for manufacturing and engineering operations. In this role, he led ERP rollouts, process standardization initiatives, system integrations, and performance optimization programs, enabling tighter operational control, improved data visibility, and scalable business processes. 

Throughout his career, Naresh has been recognized for his structured delivery approach, strong governance mindset, and deep SAP domain expertise. He is known for building high-performing delivery teams, mentoring project leaders, and successfully steering complex SAP programs from initiation through stabilization.
